The irony of getting an email from @CoxComm to renew my internet/cable service and both services go down as I’m reading my emails and watching TV. Sad that there aren’t too many options for high speed internet. When it works it’s great but the constant outages are killing me.

@CoxComm is officially the worst company I've ever dealt with... Even worse than @EA. They give the same canned excuses (technicians working in the area), yet their internet is getting less reliable every week. The fact they have a monopoly in many areas is absolutely sickening.
