@CoxComm my Cox land line has been ringing since 10:55 am!! It’s 2:56pm!!! I PAY FOR A VOICEMAIL FEATURE!!! The only reason I’m not calling to go off is bCUZ I’m WORKING! As soon as I’m done with my calls I’m calling to GO OFF! Third issue in less than a WEEK!! UNACCEPTABLE

Dear @CoxHelp:Your service is pathetic. Unannounced 6 hour outages and packet loss almost every day. During a work day, I'm often better off tethering to my phone. I'll be cancelling your service the moment there is competition in my area. Don't @ me.

@CoxComm is officially the worst company I've ever dealt with... Even worse than @EA. They give the same canned excuses (technicians working in the area), yet their internet is getting less reliable every week. The fact they have a monopoly in many areas is absolutely sickening.
